By using naughtiez.com (the "Site") and adopting a Naughtie, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
A Naughtie adoption gives you access to a time-limited augmented-reality experience (a "session") plus a set of gift links you can share. It is a novelty digital entertainment product. The creatures and their effects are visual only, nothing is real, and nothing is actually set on fire, damaged, or harmed.
You agree not to use the Site to harass, threaten, defame, or harm anyone, or to create content that is illegal, or that depicts real people in a defamatory or harmful way. The "havoc" is fictional and for fun. You are responsible for the videos you create and share and where you share them.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If something genuinely didn't work on our end, contact us and we'll try to make it right.
The free-Naughtie giveaway is optional and run at our discretion. Entering does not guarantee selection. We may change or end it at any time.
The Naughtiez name, characters, designs, and Site content are ours. You may share videos you create for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the characters or assets without permission.
The Site is provided "as is". AR performance depends on your device and browser, and we can't guarantee it works perfectly on every phone. We are not responsible for how screen recording or third-party platforms handle your videos.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid for your adoption.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
